Shane Michael McDonald, MS, LMHC, CPC is a licensed mental health counselor and certified coach committed to the healing and growth of Black men. He specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and family dynamics, creating culturally safe spaces for honest healing. Through leadership and emotional intelligence coaching, Shane empowers Black men to break stigma, build resilience, and thrive.

Chris Baysmore

West Philadelphia Native, Real Estate Mogul & West Catholic Basketball Coach

Born and raised in West Philadelphia, Chris returned to West Catholic High School to coach basketball, instilling discipline and teamwork in a new generation. He owns a diverse real estate portfolio—income‑producing duplexes and turnkey salon suites—and is currently spearheading a mixed‑use new‑construction project. Through strategic planning, meticulous preparation, and an unwavering work ethic, Chris creates value‑driven spaces that uplift both investors and his community.

Kimberly R. Stewart

We are honored to welcome Kimberly R. Formerly a Medicare advisor, he now focuses on empowering youth through teaching, mentorship, and business leadership. A proud Cheyney University graduate, Mr. Dempsey brings wisdom, lived experience, and purpose into every space he enters.
